EmbraceAbility is built on shared leadership. Our team brings together people with lived experience of disability, community leaders, and professionals from Cambodia, Malawi, and beyond. Together, we combine compassion, evidence, and creativity to build inclusive communities where everyone belongs.
We don’t believe in top-down leadership. Our work is collaborative, grounded in listening, learning, and shared responsibility. Every programme, from healthcare to community economics, is designed and led in partnership with the people it serves.
